In the Terms of Service link under Ads May Not Include:

One of the items listed is: Sales of beer or hard alcohol

Would Wine also be included in this category or would wine be safe to sell here at Blujay?

The reason I am asking this question is because it states: Beer and Hard Alcohol.   The word Beer is easy to decipher but the words Hard Alcohol  to me would mean like Whiskey, Brandy, Vodka etc.  Wine as far as I know is not considered to be a Hard Alcohol.  That was  the main reason for my question.

I believe any product with alcohol even in it is illegal to cross state lines. I'm not sure it has anything to do with it being beer or a wine cooler or hard alcohol.
If the sale is made within the state you are in it may be permissable by the state.....but not sure by this site.

You need a liquor license a health permit and your city permits to sell any kind of alcohol anywhere in the United States.

Besides, how could you protect yourself and verify you were not selling it to minors under the age of 21 ??
